A refund can be initiated within 30 days of the purchase
by sending an e-mail to Fusionist LLC, our retailer, at sales@fusionist.org.
Please include the transaction information in the email and explain why
you are requesting a refund. After the refund is initiated,
an e-mail will be sent to both you and to us at RentalAgreements.net.
Fusionist LLC notifies us to give us the opportunity
to resolve your reason for the refund request. Refund requests
that have not been resolved within 2 weeks are processed
and for credit card purchases, the refund should then appear
on your credit card statement.
